How much does house cleaning cost in Alpharetta in 2026?
Real house cleaning prices in Alpharetta for 2026, by square footage, with what drives the price and how to compare quotes fairly.
By R&R Cleaning Co.
Most cleaning companies make you wait for a quote to learn what a clean costs. We would rather show you the numbers up front. Here is what R&R Cleaning Co. charges for homes in Alpharetta, what moves the price, and how to compare us with anyone else you are considering.
Our prices by square footage
Square footage is the biggest driver of price, so we price in tiers. These are customer prices, with supplies, insurance and before-and-after photo proof included.
| Home size | Biweekly | Deep clean | Move-out | Listing |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Under 1,500 sq ft | $160 | $240 | $380 | $260 |
| 1,500 to 2,500 sq ft | $210 | $300 | $500 | $340 |
| 2,500 to 3,500 sq ft | $260 | $380 | $620 | $420 |
| 3,500 to 4,500 sq ft | $320 | $470 | $760 | $520 |
| Over 4,500 sq ft | Quoted on site | Quoted on site | Quoted on site | Quoted on site |
Post-renovation cleaning is priced by the square foot, at $0.40 to $0.50, and quoted on site because the amount of dust and debris varies so much from one project to the next.

What drives the price
Square footage and rooms
Each tier assumes a typical bedroom and bathroom count for that size of home. If yours has more, an extra bedroom is $15 and an extra bathroom is $20. Large Alpharetta homes with several full baths add up faster than people expect, so count them before you compare quotes.
Frequency
Weekly cleaning is 5% less than the biweekly rate. Monthly is 10% more. The more often we visit, the less there is to undo between visits.
The first-visit deep clean
The first visit of any recurring plan is priced as a deep clean. That is not an upsell. A home that has gone months between professional cleans needs baseboards, vents, and built-up kitchen and bathroom grime handled once, so that every visit after is a maintenance clean rather than a catch-up.
Add-ons and pets
- Inside oven: $30
- Inside fridge: $30
- Interior windows: $45
- Laundry: $25
- Garage sweep: $40
- Pets: $20
What is included
The price you see covers our supplies and equipment, insurance, and a cleaner who has been vetted and background-checked. We are insured and bonded. When the job is done, we text you before-and-after photos so you can see the work without taking our word for it.
There are no contracts. You can cancel with 24 hours' notice. And every clean carries a 48-hour re-clean guarantee: if something was missed, tell us within 48 hours and we come back and fix it.
A worked example
Take a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home of about 2,000 square feet in Alpharetta. That puts you in the 1,500 to 2,500 tier.
- First visit (priced as a deep clean): $300
- Add the inside oven and a pet fee: $300 + $30 + $20 = $350
- Each biweekly visit after that: $210, or $230 with the pet fee
The same home cleaned weekly would come to $200 a visit before add-ons (we round every price to the dollar), and monthly would be $231. The deep clean on the first visit is the biggest single line. After that, the number stays steady.
How to compare quotes from other companies
A lower number is not always a lower cost. Ask every company the same four questions.
- Are supplies and equipment included? Some quotes assume you will provide vacuums, mops and products.
- Are they insured, and can they show it? If someone is hurt or something breaks in your home, you want to know who is responsible.
- What is the re-clean policy? A written guarantee with a time window is worth more than a verbal promise.
- Is a first-visit deep clean required, and what does it cost? Some companies quote a low recurring rate and add a large first-visit charge afterward.
Also ask how the price is set. A flat price tied to a square footage tier is easy to check. A vague "starting at" number often is not.
Weekly, biweekly or monthly
Weekly suits busy households: young kids, several pets, or a home where people work from the kitchen table. You get the lowest per-visit rate, and the house rarely looks lived in by the time we return.
Biweekly is where most Alpharetta families land. It keeps bathrooms and kitchens fresh without a visit every week, and it is the rate in our table.
Monthly works for smaller households or as a reset between your own light tidying. Because more builds up between visits, it is priced 10% above biweekly.
