These terms cover cleaning services booked with R&R Cleaning Co. (“we,” “us”). By booking, you agree to them. We wrote them to be read, so they are short.
Quotes and pricing
- Online quotes are based on the square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, add-ons and pets you enter. If the home is materially different from what was entered, we will tell you before starting and adjust the price with your approval.
- Homes over 4,500 sq ft and post-renovation cleans are quoted on site.
- Prices include supplies, insurance and before-and-after photos.
- The first visit of any recurring plan is priced as a deep clean. Recurring visits after that are priced at the weekly, biweekly or monthly rate shown.
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice to recurring clients.
Scheduling and access
- We book a three-hour arrival window (8 to 11, 11 to 2 or 2 to 5) and confirm by text.
- You do not need to be home. Provide a lockbox, garage or door code, or be present to let the cleaner in.
- If we cannot get in during the window, the visit may be charged as a lockout fee equal to 50% of the visit price.
Cancellations and rescheduling
- No contracts. Cancel or pause a recurring plan at any time.
- Cancel or reschedule a visit with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged 50% of the visit price.
- We may reschedule for weather, illness or safety and will give you as much notice as we can.
The 48-hour re-clean guarantee
If anything on our checklist was missed, tell us within 48 hours of the visit and we will return to fix it at no charge. The guarantee covers the work in our scope; it does not cover damage that existed before the clean, wear and tear, or items we were asked not to touch.
Payment
- Payment is due on completion unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Realtors and property managers may be invoiced per job with net-7 terms.
- Late invoices may accrue 1.5% per month after 30 days.
Safety and scope
- We do not clean biohazards, mold remediation, exterior windows above the first floor, or anything requiring a ladder over six feet.
- Please secure pets and put away valuables, cash and firearms before a visit.
- Tell us about fragile or special-care items and any products you want used or avoided.
Damage and liability
We are insured and bonded. Report damage within 48 hours with a photo and we will make it right. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement value of the item, up to the limits of our policy, and we are not liable for pre-existing damage or improperly installed fixtures.
Our cleaners
Cleaners are vetted independent professionals who are background-checked before their first job. You agree not to engage a cleaner introduced by us for private work outside of R&R for 12 months after their last visit; if you want to, ask us and we will work something out.
Photos
We take before-and-after photos of the areas we clean for proof and quality control and send them to you. We will not use them in marketing without your written permission.

Appointment texts are governed by the SMS program described in our privacy policy. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Disputes will be handled in Fulton County, Georgia.
